View all recipes here: leanbodylifestyle.blogspot.com Facebook: on.fb.me Twitter: bit.ly These protein bars are so simple to make and are by far the most delicious protein bar I have ever made. I used vanilla flavored protein from Optimum Nutrition, but you could use chocolate if you want. Try this one out because they’re awesome. @ThePoeticbeer you need to provide your current body weight in order to get accurate protein intake calculated. Usually it’s 120g-140g

Insted of milk i used almond milk so they wont spoil when i take them in a bag to college
You just made my life a whole lot easier, thanks!

XRayCam December 28, 2011 at 6:50 pm

@eatingperson If he’s going to “pee-n-it” I don’t want any ;-)

XRayCam December 28, 2011 at 7:25 pm

@TBCKREW822 Yea, I was just joking around…there wasn’t any heating done with this recipe. So I’m thinking what is really happening is that the ingredients actually get a chance to “soak” up the liquids and become more firm :-)

TBCKREW822 December 28, 2011 at 7:30 pm

@XRayCam cool off so it wont be mushy, i’m guessing? hah

XRayCam December 28, 2011 at 8:25 pm

Why does it need to cool off…?? Does it have a self starting nuclear reaction or something??

eatingperson December 28, 2011 at 8:30 pm
