Question by : How can I lose weight fast to fit in a dress?
My formal is in 5 days, and since I had ordered my dress online it fits tight from top to the point where it barely zips!!! Its too late to change it. How can I lose enough weight, fast and safely, just so my dress can fit fine.

It is unsafe in general to lose weight in that short of a time.

Just try to lose as much weight as you can within a safe time frame, Via typical habits. Excercise (Don’t get lazy about it, actually do some runs.), Healthy Eating, Mental Health (Keeping stress down, Etc.)

try slimfast drink 2 a day and a 300 cal dinner have fruit or veggies as snacks tons of water and green tea do some running

You can’t lose weight is 5 days without permanently wrecking your metabolism.
Just eat healthy watch your portions and exercise!
Wear your hair down to cover the damage just in case it bursts.

Very simple drink a tone of vinegar, I’m not sure how it works but you can look it up, it works. Its also 100% safe.

The easiest way to lose weight fast is by concentrating on water loss weight. In a short period of time, this is the only weight you can lose. Try using a sauna suit to sweat, or go to a spa and use their infrared sauna. Or do both together. Watch your diet, and reduce calories as you normally would to lose weight.
