This video shows my 56 day juice fast journey where I lost an incredible 23.2Kgs (51 pounds) and went from at risk of serious health problems to much much healthier. Along the way I learned a ton about nutrition, and how to look after myself and shared much of this information in the 56 videos I uploaded (one for each day). I still have some more weight to lose to reach my perfect weight and I will continue to share my experiences as I move to eating solid foods, so join my for the ride!

What a difference!!! great job :) your determination is a great example. you are living proof that our body needs to be free of junk processed foods and get the right foods to do what it was made to do.

@Hyperborea2012 It was around 140 or 150 over ?? (not sure of the second figure). The doctor said it was within limits but on the higher side of “normal”. I wish I had of tested it properly before starting. In any event it’s perfect now :)

@haha1yeeyee1sobate hey that is still good weight loss for sure. The closer you are to your goal weight the less you seem to lose per day, so it’s all good. wooow im impressed man. i feel like a loser i only managed to lose 13.5 kg aka 30 pounds and im at day 90 something but im 2kg away from being normal to get bmi 24.9.
seriously if im proud of you and i don’t know you imagine how proud you should be of your self and how your family is proud of you

@TheOnlyFatMan10 I agree, I need to put apples and beets into my juice to make it taste good. Green juice by itself is either bland as hell or tastes like shit if you put crap like kale in it.

Hey man i have recently been turned on to this whole juice fasting thing and i even went out and bought me my own juicer. only thing is i dont know what i should or shouldnt mix together. i tried a few combos but the only ones that taste ne good are ones with alot of fruit. if you have any ideas can u shoot em too me at sherrillderek@yahoo.com

@ZeroTemp In my opinion that is too many apples. To speed up your weight loss try much more vegetable than fruit and I think that will help. Beets as far as I know should be ok. I had a max of 3-4 apples per day. Try lemon, lime and grapefruit (any or all) to help things taste better. Hope this helps. I was watching this video looking at how much weight you lost per day and at certain milestones. I was comparing it to Fat, sick and nearly dead milestones. You started off fast just like Joe Cross but then slowed down, I was wondering if you might know.

I’m wondering because I’m not losing very fast but I put a lot of Apples and beets into my juice to make it taste good, probably juice 8 apples a day.. would that slow me down?

I agree it’s vital to have a plan, I too have had success with weight loss and then gained it all back. @dsjkdfjdsklakkdshlfk Actually I have finished my 56 day juice fast now and am now easting solid foods again. I am eating plenty of fruit and vegetables, legumes, nuts, and seeds, no dairy or meat at this stage (I doubt I will have diary again but may occasionally have meat). Feeling fantastic. Hi Tim. You’ve inspired me to start my own video diary of my weight loss. I’ve been on a bit of a slower track than you, although we started out at about the same weight! You know, I’ve done these quick diets before… lost 16kgs in 8 weeks on the Liver Cleansing Diet… but every time the weight has just piled back on. You better have a good plan for after your fast! This time I’ve taken the slow and steady option. Slower than I planned, but consistent weight loss over 8 months! Cheers, Brett

Opps hit enter… Down 8.5 lbs and feeling remarkably well. Thanks fir sharing….I was planning on 10 days but I’m thinking I cud do more. Need to loose nearly 80 lbs! Thanks so much for sharing I will be watching more of your daily experience
