Question by Emilie B: How do I lose fat on my stomach and thighs and butt?
I want to lose weight. I have been doing crunches for my stomach, and I have a six pack, but there’s a layer of fat over it. How do I get rid of it? Also, I have stretch marks on my butt and thighs and hips. How do I get rid of those by losing weight? Please help! My new years resolution is to lose weight 20lbs from my stomach, butt, and thighs. Does running help?

YES, running does help. CARDIO! CARDIO! CARDIO! cardio will help
biking, swimmming, running….ect.
Also if you want to get rid of that extra layer of fat you could do ab jam and mat workout based on pilates yoga. Really good vidios. i <3 them. they really help. if you need any tother info on dieting and beauty. this is where i go. good luck
